The Company
We are currently working in partnership with an up and coming Tier 3 contractor who have been operating in the Sydney market for the past 10 years. With strong relationships with well-known desirable clients they have completed projects across a variety of sectors including residential, commercial, retail and industrial up to the value of $30m.

They have grown year on year since their inception and have a young, dynamic and forward-thinking workforce. Due to a strong pipeline of work they are looking to add a Contract Administrator to the team.

The Role
You will work closely with an experience Project manager who has been at the company for the past 9 years initially on a $2.5m retail refurbishment project. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants exposure to different sectors within building and wants to work in a young, dynamic team

Experience
The candidate they are looking for will have a completed construction degree and will hold ideally hold 1 to 3 years’ worth of experience 

To be successful for this role of Contract Administrator you will need:
  • A completed construction degree
  • Desire to grow through an established company
  • Experience of working on projects over $1m
  • Multi Sector experience
  • A Team player
  • Willing to learn and take instructions
