Contract Administrator – 2-Month Contract | Tier 2 Builder | Education Project | WFH Flexibility
Start: ASAP
Location: Sydney (WFH flexibility available)
Contract Length: 2 months (with potential extension)
Are you an experienced Contract Administrator available for an immediate start? Our client, a respected Tier 2 commercial builder, is seeking a capable CA to support a key education project during a busy project phase.
About the Role You will be focused on managing and finalising consultant scope agreements, ensuring all documentation is accurate, compliant, and aligned with project requirements. Working closely with the project team, you’ll play a vital role in keeping the project moving efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, review and negotiate consultant scope agreements
  • Coordinate documentation and approvals in line with company processes
  • Liaise with internal teams, consultants and stakeholders
  • Manage administrative tasks to support the project lifecycle
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance of all contract documentation
About You
  • Previous experience as a Contract Administrator within construction (Tier 1 or 2 experience highly regarded)
  • Strong understanding of consultant agreements and project documentation
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Immediately available or able to start at short notice
