Are you an experienced Contract Administrator looking for your next contract opportunity? Our client, a reputable commercial builder with a strong pipeline of work, is seeking a capable CA to join their team on a major education project in Western Sydney. This is a 6-month contract role with an immediate start.
About the Role Working closely with the Project Manager and site team, you will be responsible for end-to-end contract administration on a fast-paced institutional build. You’ll ensure accurate cost control, procurement, and document management across all project stages.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with procurement and negotiation of subcontractor packages
- Prepare, review, and manage contracts, variations, and progress claims
- Maintain project cost tracking and financial reporting
- Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders
- Manage documentation through Jobpac and Aconex
- Support the project team to ensure timely and compliant delivery
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator within commercial construction
- Strong understanding of subcontractor procurement and contract management
- Previous experience on education or institutional projects (desirable)
- Proficient with Jobpac and Aconex
- Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
- Able to start ASAP and commit to a 6-month contract
- 6-month contract with a respected tier-2 builder
