The Company
Reporting into the Project Manager and working closely with will be joining a $15M hospital project in the Blue Mountains region. You will take the lead for the financial management across the project and he involved in all the head contracting administration
The scope of work includes a major upgrade to main facilities and some critical infrastructure like the roof, lifts, and air conditioning.

- Mid-tier builder turning over in excess of $600M with a team locally in Sydney of 250 people
- Projects across private sector and government projects valued to $100M

What You’ll Do
- Support Project Managers with budgeting and financial project tasks. Provide timely reports
- Submit and track progress claims, administer site payments, and process them using financial reporting software
- Manage subcontractor procurement, contracts, insurances, and final accounts. Assess risks, review tenders, and support claims and disputes.
- Oversee procurement schedules and subcontractor agreements. Manage contract milestones, stakeholder communication, EOTs
- Ensure insurance and contract compliance.
- Collaborate with consultants, prepare handover manuals, and support Practical Completion.
- Degree in a relevant discipline - Construction Management
- Strong technical knowledge of project software, BCA, and project planning.
- Strong negotiation skills and local sub-contractor and consultant relationships
- Experience working in the tier two environment on projects in excess of $10M
