Contract Administrator – 3 Month Contract (Education Project | Procurement Focus)

About the Role We’re seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team on a 3-month contract, assisting with procurement and contract administration for a key Education sector project. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional who can hit the ground running and contribute to the successful delivery of a high-profile project.
You’ll be working closely with the project team to manage procurement processes, review and administer contracts, and ensure compliance with company and client standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Project and Procurement Teams in administering contracts and purchase orders
  • Prepare, review and issue subcontract agreements and variations
  • Assist with tender evaluations and procurement documentation
  • Maintain accurate contract records in Cheops
  • Ensure compliance with contractual and procurement requirements
  • Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience as a Contract Administrator in the construction or education sectors
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes
  • Cheops system experience is essential
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Available for an immediate start
