Key Responsibilities
- Support the Project and Procurement Teams in administering contracts and purchase orders
- Prepare, review and issue subcontract agreements and variations
- Assist with tender evaluations and procurement documentation
- Maintain accurate contract records in Cheops
- Ensure compliance with contractual and procurement requirements
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator in the construction or education sectors
- Strong understanding of procurement processes
- Cheops system experience is essential
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Available for an immediate start
