Contract Administrator – Aged Care Project | 6-Month Contract (View to Extend) Location: Bowral, NSW
Contract: 6 Months (Immediate Start – Potential to Extend)

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our project team on a new aged care development in Bowral. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to play a key role in the early stages of a significant project.
Working closely with the Project Manager and Site Team, you’ll be responsible for managing all aspects of contract administration to ensure smooth project delivery. This is a 6-month contract role with the strong possibility of extension for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and manage contracts, variations, and progress claims
- Support procurement and subcontractor engagement
- Track project budgets, forecasts, and cost reporting
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, clients, and subcontractors
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting within Jobpac
- Assist with project administration from pre-construction through delivery
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a Contract Administrator in the construction industry
- Strong understanding of head and subcontract agreements
- Experience with Jobpac software is essential
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Availability for immediate start
