Contract Administrator – Aged Care Project | 6-Month Contract (View to Extend) �� Location: Bowral, NSW
�� Contract: 6 Months (Immediate Start – Potential to Extend)
��️ Project: Aged Care Development – Early Stage
About the Role We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our project team on a new aged care development in Bowral. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to play a key role in the early stages of a significant project.
Working closely with the Project Manager and Site Team, you’ll be responsible for managing all aspects of contract administration to ensure smooth project delivery. This is a 6-month contract role with the strong possibility of extension for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, review, and manage contracts, variations, and progress claims
  • Support procurement and subcontractor engagement
  • Track project budgets, forecasts, and cost reporting
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, clients, and subcontractors
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting within Jobpac
  • Assist with project administration from pre-construction through delivery
About You
  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a Contract Administrator in the construction industry
  • Strong understanding of head and subcontract agreements
  • Experience with Jobpac software is essential
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Availability for immediate start
