Contract Administrator – 6-Month Contract | Commercial Fit-Out Projects Location: Sydney
Start Date: ASAP
Type: 6-Month Contract (with potential for extension)

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join the team on a 6-month contract. Working closely with the Project Manager and Site Team, you will be responsible for managing all contract and financial aspects of fit-out projects from procurement through to completion.

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join the team on a 6-month contract. Working closely with the Project Manager and Site Team, you will be responsible for managing all contract and financial aspects of fit-out projects from procurement through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue subcontractor and supplier packages
- Manage procurement, purchase orders, and contract documentation
- Assess and process variations, progress claims, and extensions of time
- Assist with budget tracking, cost reporting, and forecasting
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure project requirements are met
- Support the project team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Contract Administrator in the commercial construction or fit-out sector
- Strong understanding of contract law, procurement, and financial control
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
- Proficiency in construction software (e.g., Procore, Jobpac, Cheops, or similar)
- Ability to hit the ground running and work autonomously
- 6-month contract with immediate start
