About the Role We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator for a short-term 4-week contract to assist with procurement-related tasks on a fast-paced commercial construction project. This is an immediate start opportunity with a well-established team and the potential for extension based on project needs.
You will be supporting our project delivery team with procurement activities, contract documentation, and supplier coordination to ensure project timelines are maintained.

You will be supporting our project delivery team with procurement activities, contract documentation, and supplier coordination to ensure project timelines are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with procurement processes including issuing and evaluating RFQs
- Prepare and administer subcontracts and supplier agreements
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and compliance
- Maintain and track procurement schedules and documentation
- Support the project team with any ad hoc contract administration tasks as needed
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Contract Administration within the construction industry
- Proven experience working with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 commercial builder in Australia
- Strong understanding of construction procurement processes
- Ability to hit the ground running and work independently
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Availability to start immediately
