Job description
CGC Recruitment are looking for a Contract Administrator to work for a property developer based in the Eastern Suburbs. You will be working on High End Residential projects up to $10million.

Based on your experience you will be paid between $90,000 - $120,000.

What you'll be doing:
- Reviewing, negotiating and drafting construction contracts and related agreements
- Monitoring contract compliance and ensuring all contractual obligations are met
- Preparing and processing progress claims, variations and final accounts
- Assisting with procurement processes and managing subcontractor relationships
- Providing support to the Director
- Maintaining detailed contract records and documentation
- Identifying and mitigating contractual risks
- Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator working high end residential builders.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes
- Proficient in using contract management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as business or construction management
