Job description

CGC Recruitment are looking for a Contract Administrator to work for a property developer based in the Eastern Suburbs. You will be working on High End Residential projects up to $10million. 

What you'll be doing:
  • Reviewing, negotiating and drafting construction contracts and related agreements
  • Monitoring contract compliance and ensuring all contractual obligations are met
  • Preparing and processing progress claims, variations and final accounts
  • Assisting with procurement processes and managing subcontractor relationships
  • Providing support to the Director
  • Maintaining detailed contract records and documentation
  • Identifying and mitigating contractual risks
What we're looking for:
  • Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator working high end residential builders.
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes
  • Proficient in using contract management software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as business or construction management
On offer:
Based on your experience you will be paid between $90,000 - $120,000.
