Job description
- Company turnover in excess of 200M, over 30 years in the QLD and SYD market

- This builder has over 3 decades of experience in NSW and QLD delivering projects in the educational, hospitality and general commercial sector valued from $10M - $50M
- The company currently holds a strong financial position and has a healthy pipeline of works leading into the new financial year
- The company does no sign up to unrealistic projects that have low profit margins and creates programmes that are deliverable
- Forecasted turnover in the 25/26 financial year will surpass the $250M mark
- You will be joining a thriving office working alongside an experienced Project Manager delivering education or hospitality projects valued from $20M - $40M
- You will complete the full 360 contracts administration function and have some responsible and input into training and development of cadets
- Being a more senior resource, your expertise might be called upon to help more junior staff resolve issues and you will have complete oversight of the head contract management
- This role will be the commercial lead for the projects that are assigned to them

- Construction Management or relevant construction related degree
- 5 years + post graduate experience as a Contracts Administrator
- Commercial construction background working in the local Australian marketplace
- Good relationships with subbies, consultants and ability to effectively liaise with clients
- Joppac experience is preferred
