In this role, you will play a key part in managing contracts for various projects valued up to $1 million. Key Responsibilities:
- Review and manage project contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Prepare and process contract documentation, variations, and progress claims.
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Monitor project budgets and assist in financial reporting.
- Maintain organized records and documentation for all contracts and related correspondence.
- Previous experience as a Contract Administrator in fit-out industry for at least 5 years
- Strong understanding of contract law and project management principles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in relevant software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
