Work on a wide range of Defence and Government projects in one of the most beautiful areas of NSW South coast and the surrounding area including Jervis Bay. This company is an established local builder that has been operating since 2014. They have multiple offices across NSW and a strong alliance with a tier one builder that enables them to work on large scale projects.
We are assisting with the recruitment of a Contracts Administrator be based in locally working on projects value from $5M - $30M.
The opportunity
Based locally in the South Coast office you will support an experienced Project Manager delivering commercial / defence projects. This will include the administration of sub contracts ( procurement, payments, variation assessment,) whilst working closely the site team to achieve project milestones. You will oversee monthly cost reporting and help the Project Manager with head contract administration.
Ideally you will have exposure to working with government contracts and be able to use Procore
Salary will depend on experience however figures of between 130K – 140K  can be expected.
Ideal background
  • Construction Management degree or related and min of 3-5 year post graduate experience 
  • Experience working with a commercial builder on large scale projects
  • Experience working across projects from procurement through to final accounts
  • Experience using procore
  • Valid Drivers Lic
