Summary
CGC Recruitment are working in collaboration with a well established and highly regarded tier 2 national commercial building head contractor to recruit a site based Contract Administrator to play a key role in the delivery of a newly awarded project based SOR.
The Client
A national tier 2 contractor who have a very stable project portfolio, strong balance sheet who have a proven track record in delivering a diverse range of complex commercial building projects across both Perth & Western Australia. Projects will typically sit in the $20-150m range, and could be anything from a Commercial office, Mixed use development, Hospital or Infrastructure related building project.
The Role - Contract Administrator
As a Contract Administrator, this is a site based position on a newly awarded high profile project based SOR, where you will work in close collaboration with the Commercial Manager, Project Manager & site delivery team on the project, being across all costs / financials on the project, managing sub contractor packages, invoicing, RFI's etc.
An excellent opportunity that would suit an up & coming Contract Administrator / Quantity Surveyor who has 2/3+ years of experience under their belt, however wants to take that next step in their career, into an intermediate level position within a larger commercial builder, where you will be exposed to the full lifecycle of projects, whilst working closely with an experienced and high performing team.
