Our client is a builder who have grown from a small fit out company to one of Australia’s largest contractors in the past 30 years. Their national project portfolio varies from a $1M fit out to a $300M high rise.

Their QLD operation has been operating for 22 years and deliver a mixture of fit outs/large refurbs and new build construction projects to a value of $300M. They have a fantastic name in the QLD market and a name that turns most people’s head.
  
The role –Contracts Administrator - 
The Brisbane office have recently been successful in securing several kep projects are are looking for a mid level CA to join a team on a project valued north of $100M. 

You will be working under a Senior CA and will be a key part of the team.
  
 
What we are looking for:

• A construction degree
• Previous experience with a well known builder in the Tier 1, Tier 2 space or large Tier 3
• Experience on projects of $20M plus
• Anything from 5 years plus experience as a CA
• Stability on your CV
• A team player
