Job Overview: Managing and administering construction contracts from start to finish, ensuring compliance with project specifications, contractual obligations, and legal requirements.

They have a high-performing commercial team and excellent Project Managers to work alongside.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and interpret construction contracts, identifying key terms and obligations, and ensuring compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met within budget and timeline constraints.
  • Prepare and submit progress claims, variations, and other contractual documents in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage the procurement of materials and services, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and procurement policies.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including workplace health and safety.
  • Resolve any contractual disputes, claims, or variations in a timely and effective manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contract variations, payment certificates, and project correspondence.
  • Provide regular reports to project managers and senior management on project status, budget, and compliance issues.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in construction contract administration
  • Knowledge of construction contract law, procurement, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Familiarity with relevant legislation and regulations, including workplace health and safety.
