Summary
CGC Recruitment are working in partnership with an established and expanding commercial and industrial building head contractor to recruit a Contract Administrator to play a key role within the team on newly awarded projects.
An exciting time to join this expanding head contractor who have over 55 staff locally here in Perth who have recently picked up several new projects in WA. A specialist in delivering innovative industrial construction projects - large scale warehouses, logistics facilities and distribution centres across the state.
The Role - Contract Administrator
in a hybrid role between office and site, you will play a key role in supporting an experienced Project Manager on a newly awarded project.
Responsibilities include managing sub contractors, variations, RFI's, financials and costs on the project. You will be technically strong, with prior exposure to both project engineering and delivery.
The position would also suit either an experienced Contract Administrator or potentially a Project Engineer, who has an active interest in a hybrid CA / PE style position that enjoys wearing multiple hats.
