We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to assist with the close-out phase of a small commercial construction project. This is an 8-week contract role based in our South Sydney office.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Finalizing project close-out documentation
  • Managing head contract administration
  • Assessing and processing variations
  • Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Accurate cost tracking and reporting using Cheops
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Contract Administrator in commercial construction
  • Proficiency with the Cheops project management system
  • Strong understanding of head contract and variation management
