Job description
CGC Recruitment are currently working in collaboration with a well established, WA owned and operated tier 3 head contractor who have an excellent reputation and proven track record of delivering a diverse range of projects across Western Australia.
Projects are diverse in size and scale, typically ranging from $5m up to $40m+ with a project portfolio across both private and government clients in particluar - Education, Aged care, Civic projects, Healthcare etc.
The Role - Contract Administrator
As a Contract Administrator, you will play a key role in the delivery of a new $10m project, based in a central location, working directly with an experienced Project Manager and having further support from a Junior CA within the team.
All typical aspects and responsibilities associated with a CA - from RFI's, managing sub-contractors, cost control, project coordination etc.
