Projects are diverse in size and scale, typically ranging from $5m up to $40m+ with a project portfolio across both private and government clients in particluar - Education, Aged care, Civic projects, Healthcare etc. 

The Role - Contract Administrator

As a Contract Administrator, you will play a key role in the delivery of a new $10m project, based in a central location, working directly with an experienced Project Manager and having further support from a Junior CA within the team. 

All typical aspects and responsibilities associated with a CA - from RFI's, managing sub-contractors, cost control, project coordination etc.

Salary for the position will be commensurate with experience, ideally seeking a CA with 3+ years experience within the commercial building market. Package ranging from $100-120k + Super.
