With a number of projects starting very soon we are actively looking for a contract CA who is capable of working on a $10m to $50m projects which are based all around Sydney.

The Position 

With strong repeat business they have secured multiple projects within the Sydney area and are looking for a site based CA initially to work on new build projects that are valued from $10m-$50m.

Working closely with the Project Manager and site teams you will be responsible for overseeing projects from procurement stages through to final accounts including assisting with monthly forecasting. 

Ideal background

• Construction Management degree or related and 4 + years experience
• Have experience working on across commercialm resi or retail projects with mid to large well organized builders.
• Experience working across projects from procurement through to final accounts
• Experience using a professional costing software such as Cheops
• Be well presented, have good communication skills
