They have offices in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne and operate mainly in the commercial and health spaces. Their projects range from a $1M fit out to a $5M/$15M refurb to a $50M new build.
Their QLD team currently operate with around 45 people and have a T/O of around $100M which is increasing. Nationally their T/O is over $600M.
The role – Contracts Administrator (contract)
The Brisbane team are looking to add a few key people to the business due to an increasing workload and several successful tenders coming through. They are looking for a intermediate to experienced CA to join the team on a 6 month contract to get them through a busy period.
What we are looking for
- A completed construction degree
- Anything from 4 years plus in the role of a Contracts Administrator
- Worked for a recognized Tier 2 or large Tier 3 builder
- Mixture of project experience
- Previous job Pac experience is preferred, but not essential
