The company
With a history of over 40 years, this highly respected builder who have a reputation for how well they treat their people, have a glowing name in the industry and are an employer of choice for most.

They have offices in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne and operate mainly in the commercial and health spaces. Their projects range from a $1M fit out to a $5M/$15M refurb to a $50M new build.

Their QLD team currently operate with around 45 people and have a T/O of around $80M which is increasing. Nationally their T/O is over $500M.
  
The role – Contracts Administrator
The Brisbane team are looking to add a few key people to the business due to an increasing workload and several successful tenders coming through. They are looking for a Junior or an intermediate CA to join the team.

You will work on a mixture of challenging projects and have a structured career path laid out for you.
  
What we are looking for
  • A completed construction degree
  • Anything from 2 to 5 years in the role of a Contracts Administrator
  • Worked for a recognized Tier 2 or large Tier 3 builder
  • Mixture of project experience
  • Previous job Pac experience is preferred, but not essential
