Job description
The Company:
- Operating for some 5 years, this Building contractor are enjoying sustained growth across all sectors which is why they are looking for a Contract Administrator on a full-time basis.
- As a Contract Administrator you will naturally get involved in the financial elements however working for this builder you will be exposed to a whole lot more. Our client is looking for someone who aspires to be a project manager, or get exposure to front end, delivery, and project management. Your energy, enthusiasm and keenness for career development will be a key attribute to your success.
- Project very in size and complexity, mainly based around commercial fit outs, refurbishments and high-end homes and boutique duplexes. Projects range from $500k to $5m.
- You will be trained up on Procore, so you do not need experience in this however would be an advantage.
- Long term opportunity to be part of the company’s growth and progress within the company.
- Exposure to all facets of the business.
