Established over 35 years ago this highly respected builder who specialise in the commercial, and retail sectors have recently secured a number of projects in Brisbane and are looking to grow their team.
They are a multi state builder who are looking at 2023 as a chance to grow with a busy market. They have a fantastic reputation in the NSW market and are a dominant force building projects of a value of anything up to $150M. Due to recent projects secured they are on the lookout for a competent Contract Administrator.
As a Contract Administrator you will be office based which is located close on the North Shore. You will be working very closely with an experienced Project Manager who will help you get to the next levels of your career.
To be considered for this role as a Contract Administrator you must show stability with previous employers. 
You will also have: 
  • Worked for a similar size builder in Australia
  • Have a completed Construction degree
  • Have stability on your CV
  • 3-5 years plus experience in a role of Contract Administrator
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Excellent communicator
  • Able to work in team environment
  • Able to lead from the front for and mentor cadets in the future
  • Have a commercial or retail background
