The Company
  
You will be joining a medium size construction firm that currently employees between 25-30 people locally and undertakes projects valued to $50M within Aged Care, Multi Storey and Luxury Residential sector.
  
They have offices dotted up the eastern seaboard, have been operating for over 20 years and employee a dedicated team that have been with them for many years

Position 

This position will support the Project Manager working across an $11M boutique unit development and luxury house $8M on the northern beaches. You will work across both the head and sub contract administration and also manage a cost plus project. Once both projects ramp up you will be given a Junior CA to help with the workload and be expected to train and mentor this resource. 

Salary dependant on experience however figures around the 160K - $170K can be expected 

Ideal background
  • Construction Management degree and min of 5 years’ experience
  • Experience using Procore and Textura
  • Have strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Have the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
  • Be willing and able to train and mentor the next generation
  • Strong software knowledge
