CGC are currently representing an a well established WA based builder who are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to play a key role in supporting the Project Manager on a $50m new build project based in the eastern suburbs. 

Initially looking likely to be a 3-4 month contract with a potential for extension, an excellent opportunity for an experienced CA who has a proven background working on new build projects within Australia that is available immediately and keen to get involved in an excellent project. 

Typical CA responsibilities; managing variations, budgets, process claims, subcontractors and providing general technical support to the Project Manager and delivery team.

Must have experience working as a CA on commercial / industrial new build projects $10m+ in Australia.
