Job description

The Company: 

Established for over 18 years this well renowned builder is known for high quality fit out projects. With offices in NSW, QLD, VIC and ACT they have built a great reputation amongst their clients and the industry.  They typically deliver commercial fit out and refurbishment projects from $500k - $10M.

The role: 

As a contract administrator you will be responsible for looking after the commercial aspect of the project. From Procurement, Managing sub contractor, Variations, Administration, Cost reporting and Closing the project out. 

About you: 

  • Fit out experience a MUST
  • Minimum 4 years experience 
  • Proven track record being an independent contracts administrator on projects in excess of $3M + 
  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction management or a similar field
  • Ability to commence the contract within a fortnight.
