 About the Company

A Gold Coast builder of choice who have both a building and civil arm and deliver a wide range of projects across multiple sectors including: residential, commercial, industrial, retail, defence, hospitality and education.  Known for delivering new build construction and refurbishment projects they boast a high level of customer satisfaction that leads to consistent repeat business.  

About the Role – Contract Administrator

They are extremely busy and are looking to bolster their team by adding an additional Contract Administrator to the business.  You will be based in the Gold Coast and you will be working with experienced members of the team across a wide variety of construction projects.
  
Skills and Experience
  • Over 3 years experience in a CA role
  • A construction management degree
  • Worked with a recognised builder
  • Stability with previous employers
  • A mixed project portfolio
  • Experience with cost reporting
  • Previous experience with jobpac/Cheops is preferred
  • Be a team player
