Established over 30 years ago this highly respected builder who specialise in the commercial, and retail sectors are currently sitting in a very comfortable position in regards to their 2020 workload and already looking towards 2021.

The Project: 

A large refurbishment $10M ++ project based in Western Sydney. Working for a well known client.

About you: 

• 3 + Year experience as a Contract Administrator
• Proven track record writing scopes of works
• Refurbishment exposure highly preferred
• Procured packages up to $1M AUD
• Jobpac experience preferred 
• Tertiary qualification in Construction Managment or a similar field.
