Progressive commercial builder who is headed up by two well respected directors. Collectively they have over 40 years of experience and are still very hands on the in business. They have a strong focus on aged care projects however also complete educational, medical and heritage works valuing up to $15M

The Position

Working closely with a Project Manager that has 20 experience working in Sydney you will be responsible for overseeing contracts management. Based at head office in Sydney’s West you will work across a $15M aged care project based that is based on the South Coast.

Ideal background
  • Tertiary qualification in quantity surveying or construction/project management and have a minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role
  • Experfience working across Aged Care projects is highly advantageous
  • Experience using Cheops
  • Be well presented and an effective communicator
  • Possess excellent commercial awareness with strong relationship building, influencing and negotiating skills
You can expect a salary of between $120K - $140K
