About the Company

This company is a renowned tier 2 building contractor operating all over Australia. They complete a wide range of projects including refurbishments for commercial, retail and education clients with projects valuing anything from $10M to $70M.  They are a very successful refurbishment and fit out builder who have a great reputation across QLD and are continually wining work.
  
About the Role – Finishing Foreman

Due to an immediate requirement on a project in the northern inner suburbs they are looking to bring on an additional Contract Administrator to assist the team in closing out variations accounts and reconciling claims on $40M project.  The role will be approximately 4 weeks to get the team on track and may lead to more ongoing work on the same or similar projects and may potentially lead to a permanent position.
  
Skills and Experience 
  • A completed Construction degree
  • Must have experience with a recognised Tier 1 or Tier 2 builder
  • Experience in claims and variations
  • Able to understand contracts and determine key areas of financial risk
  • Good communicator – verbal and written
  • Hardworking, driven and motivated to succeed
  • Ability to multitask and manage more than one project at a time
