Our client is a boutique consultancy and provider of specialist advisory, claims management, and dispute resolution services to the construction, built environment, and infrastructure industries.
You’ll be working with top-tier clientele, including leading developers, consultancies, institutions, and respected Tier 2 builders. Each engagement typically spans 8–12 weeks, giving you exposure to a wide range of high-profile projects.
This role offers genuine growth and development opportunities within a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Salary:$130,000 - $160,000 + super

In this role, you will apply your technical expertise to commercial advisory, construction claims, and be a resolution point for construction & costing disputes.

The Role

In this role, you will apply your technical expertise to commercial advisory, construction claims, and be a resolution point for construction & costing disputes.
You will:
- Work alongside experienced consultants, delay analysts, and quantity surveyors on the preparation of claims
- Support the development of extensions of time, disruption claims, acceleration claims, and related matters
- Undertake forensic reviews of project records and site inspections
- Interpret drawings, specifications, construction methods, and procedures to identify claims opportunities
- Draft contractual correspondence and provide contract administration and commercial advice
- Collaborate with client project teams and legal professionals
- An engineering degree and at least 3 years’ construction industry experience (site-based experience highly valued)
- Exposure to contracts and claims processes
- Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills with excellent attention to detail
- Competency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
