Position Overview: We are looking for a consultant with a proven track record working on higher education and/or social infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in providing expert guidance on business case writing, feasibility studies, and financial modeling, contributing to the success of both our clients and their projects.

With an extremely healthy pipeline of future works, there is a chance to hit the ground running and work on some excellent projects. 

There is an immediate need for this role with the client ready to interview immediately.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage projects related to higher education and social infrastructure.
  • Conduct thorough business case analysis and writing, feasibility studies, and financial modeling to support decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and provide tailored consultancy services.
  • Offer strategic advice and recommendations based on industry best practices and market trends.
  • Foster strong client relationships through effective communication and project delivery.

  • Stay updated on industry developments, emerging trends, and regulatory changes to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in construction, Engineering, Economics, Architecture or similar.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) working on higher education and social infrastructure projects.
  • Strong expertise in business case writing, feasibility studies, and financial modeling.
  • Excellent project management skills with a focus on delivering high-quality results within specified timelines
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
