Role and Responsibilities:
- Title: Construction Supervisor
- Location: Norwest area
- Reporting to: Construction Manager
- Responsibilities:
- Managing 21 dwellings on a residential class 1 project
- Supervising residential projects
- Leading a team and driving performance
- Communicating effectively with clients and sub-contractors
- Education:
- Preferably a Cert IV in Building & Construction or a construction-related degree
- Professional Experience:
- Essential to have managed upwards of 15 residential projects simultaneously for another project homes builder
- Proven experience in supervising residential projects
- Minimum of 5 years' experience
- Stable employment history
- Ability to work and lead in a team environment
