Role and Responsibilities:

• Title: Construction Supervisor
• Location: Norwest area
• Reporting to: Construction Manager
• Responsibilities:
• Managing 21 dwellings on a residential class 1 project
• Supervising residential projects
• Leading a team and driving performance
• Communicating effectively with clients and sub-contractors

Required Experience:

• Education:
• Preferably a Cert IV in Building & Construction or a construction-related degree
• Professional Experience:
• Essential to have managed upwards of 15 residential projects simultaneously for another project homes builder
• Proven experience in supervising residential projects
• Minimum of 5 years' experience
• Stable employment history
• Ability to work and lead in a team environment
• Personal Attributes:
• Leadership skills
• Well-presented
• Good communication skills
