Join one of Sydney’s most respected Tier 3 commercial builders, with over 40 years trading in the Sydney market. This is an excellent opportunity for a Junior or Intermediate Estimator with a few years’ experience to progress under the mentorship of a highly experienced Estimating team.
Reporting to the Estimator Manager, you’ll work as part of a collaborative pre-construction team alongside two Senior Estimators. You’ll gain exposure across Hard Dollar, Cost Plus, ECI, and D&C contracts, tendering across diverse commercial sectors including education, healthcare, and industrial.
You’ll manage your own tenders up to $10M while supporting larger bids up to $50M. The company’s work mix leans toward negotiated and repeat business with blue-chip private clients, providing stability and learning opportunities across complex, high-value projects.
Salary will largely depend on experience however figures above $100K can be expected

About You
- 2+ years of Estimating experience with a recognised Australian commercial builder
- Degree in Construction Management or a related discipline
- Strong understanding of commercial project estimating
- Ability to measure and put full tenders together
- Ability to communicate with subcontractors
- Driven, professional, and eager to progress your career with a stable and reputable business
