Delivering mixed use high-rise, defense, and commercial projects across NSW. There is an opportunity to head up, build, and mentor staff as Construction Director within the major projects division

• 2 divisions
• Commercial services overseeing large-scale corporates
• Major construction overseeing tier-one projects across defense, commercial, and mixed-use residential (this would be the role)
• Depending on experience/background $270,000 -$300,000 Package +bonuses 

Responsibilities:

• Will oversee all projects in the major construction division whilst training and mentoring staff – currently sitting at approx. 8
• Will oversee and manage the ECI tender process with contractors.
• Will form part of the senior management team with direct inbound reports and a strong say in executive decisions.
• Being able to bring in new work into the company long term is a high advantage however not essential.
• Performance bonus offered as part of the package

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Proven track record of at least 10 years in project management or directorship within a construction environment.
• Tier one delivery background
• Someone with a Project Director or Construction Manager delivery background is preferable
• Understanding all phases of a construction project with connections and networks in this space
