Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations & Commercial Support
- Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure accurate reporting and pipeline visibility.
- Support ERP processes including quotations, order entry, pricing updates, and customer account management.
- Prepare customer proposals, presentations, commercial documentation, and sales reports.
- Coordinate follow-ups with customers, distributors, and internal teams.
- Analyse sales data to support forecasting and strategic decision-making.
- Assist with improving sales processes, templates, and internal workflows.
- Coordinate marketing activities such as trade shows, industry events, webinars, and customer visits.
- Assist in developing marketing content including case studies, newsletters, product sheets, and social media posts.
- Manage the company’s social media schedule and engagement.
- Liaise with external suppliers for branding, promotional materials, and events.
- Support internal and external communication initiatives.
- Provide timely, professional customer service across domestic and international markets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and support segmentation activities.
- Assist with onboarding new customers and managing required documentation.
- 0–3 years’ experience in sales support, marketing coordination, or commercial support function.
- Strong proficiency with CRM and/or ERP systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Confident analysing data to generate insights.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience within industrial or engineering-focused B2B environments.
- Understanding of sales processes, customer lifecycles, and marketing funnels.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and commercial stakeholders.
