We are a boutique Project Management consultancy specialising in luxury residential and hospitality projects in the vibrant city of Sydney. You will have:
  • Experience: You should have a minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Project Manager, with a successful track record of delivering projects from the front end to completion. 
  • Industry Expertise: Experience in the design, build, or architecture sector is highly preferred, as it will enable you to hit the ground running on our high-valued projects.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder management skills are a must. You'll be the bridge between our clients and the project, ensuring a seamless and successful collaboration.
  • Education: Must have a tertiary qualification in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, Design, Project Management or similar. 
  • Networks: If you can bring existing networks across government projects this is highly desirable.
What you will do:
  • End-to-End Project Management: Take charge of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet quality, time, and budget expectations.
  • Client Liaison: Be the primary point of contact for our clients, understanding their vision and translating it into reality.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our talented team, including architects, designers, and builders, to coordinate efforts and drive project success.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain a sharp eye for detail, ensuring all aspects of the project align with our commitment to luxury and excellence.
  • Risk Management: Identify and proactively address any potential project risks, keeping our projects on track and within scope
