CGC are working with an existing client who are a mid-tier Builder who have recently set up an expanding Civil Infrastructure business in SE QLD. Reporting to the Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing pre-starts, planing day to day activities on site and coordinate & manage sub-contractors to achieve project milestones. Scope of works include civil, drainage, earthworks etc. 
 
The role is a Supervisor position but we are looking to speak to a hands on person who is not afraid to jump on machinery and help out the site crews as and when required. As Civil supervisor you will be an integral part of the civil arm of the business responsible for having input into strategy and growth. We are looking to speak to Civil Infrastructure professionals with the following experience; 
 
 -15 Years Civil Construction experience
- Prior experience with both a subcontractor and Principle 
- Clear confident communicator to manage site crews 
- Well presented and professional to work directly with the PC and client
- Solid IT skills
