Our client are a Mid Tier Civil Contractor who are now have a proven reputation of delivering complex projects to the value of $25ml both in QLD and nationally across Australia. They are an Australian owned company who pride themselves on quality delivery outcomes and a working culture unrivaled by any business across the Eastern Seaboard.

Their pre-contracts and estimating teams have been extremely busy over the space of the last four months which has led to a project portfolio of $40ml + worth of work to deliver over the course of the next 18 months. They have a strong order book with projects across regional as of such are in need of a young driven Site Engineer to join the business on a full time basis.

As Site Engineer who will report up into a Project Engineer and responsibility will include: prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects. In addition to this you will perform quality control (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status. Interact daily with clients and represent them in the field. 

The role will involve working in an established and tried and tested site delivery team with a large amount of training and development will be included in this role with a clear structure to progress up through the business. The projects they are involved in include a variety of civil works including bulk & detailed earthworks, drainage, culverts, pit & pipe roots etc. As the role is a fairly junior position the main attributes are Engineers who are driven and motivated to build projects and work remotely in a dynamic work environment in addition to possessing the following attributes: 

- Civil Engineer Degree 

- 1- 3 Years Site Construction Experience 

- Excellent Communication Skills

- Willing to Work on a FIFO basis (10/4 or 5/2)

- High Levels of Drive an Motivation
