About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to lead and oversee earthworks on a significant car park project in Sydney. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader with a strong background in civil construction, particularly in earthworks. The role offers flexibility with both temporary and permanent opportunities available, depending on the candidate's preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate on-site activities, ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget.
• Oversee earthworks operations, including grading, excavation, and compaction.
• Manage a team of skilled workers, subcontractors, and equipment operators.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor progress, report on site activities, and address any issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Civil Foreman on similar earthworks projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
• Solid understanding of civil construction processes, particularly in earthworks and car park developments.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in civil construction are highly desirable.
