It's within their Perth team that they are looking to appoint a Drainage Engineer.

The primary function of this role is to be an integral part of the drainage design from conception to completion on some of WA's major highways and Bridge projects. Having previous experience on the full life cycle of projects a mentoring and technical expertise role will come naturally to you.

Key areas of responsibility include:

• Liaise with technical staff to determine design/drawing requirements
• Knowledge of hydrological and hydraulic design / analysis.
• Ensure all civil design drawings for engineering project work comply with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Stormwater management plans.

You will fulfil some of the following prerequisites for the role:

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 3 years Australian consulting experience.
• Drainage analysis and design software: 12D, DRAINS, HECRAS, Culvert Master, Civil 3D
• Knowledge of detailed road and rail designs, and multidisciplinary interfaces
• Previous project management skills will be seen favourably.
• Ability to liaise professionally with clients and authorities.
