Job description

We are urgently looking for indivdulas who enjoy providing strong customer service to members of the public. You will require towork a 24/7 roster. Shift times could be : 5pm- 4am, 10pm – 9am, 6am- 4pm. You will be working on a contractual basis.

  • Pay rate:  $30 -$37 per hour + super
  • Start date: Immediate
  • 3 month contract with a view to extend 
  • Location: 100% Remote working

This is a contract role, so we need Candidates who can hit the ground running, are calm with a fast-paced training period and able to adapt quickly to a new environment. 

The role:
  • Receive inbound calls and note details of the call
  • Maintain customer satisfaction
  • Handle customer data and information with confidentiality
  • Maintain accurate records and databases in their inhouse systems
  • Other administrative duties as required
  • 24/7 rotating roster
  • 10 hours per day, 4 days on, 4 days off
Skills/Experience

The call centre/customer service representatives are often the first point of contact for the Department. It is essential that you enjoy providing a high level of customer service treating customers with honesty, fairness, sensitivity and dignity.
  • 2-3 years experience in a call centre or customer service role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of professionalism
  • Strong ability to take quality notes
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, especially in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong email etiquette
