About the Role:
You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality, custom cabinetry and workstation components in a modern workshop environment. This is a hands-on role requiring precision, efficiency, and a deep understanding of joinery techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpreting technical drawings and cutting lists
- Assembling detailed joinery and workstation components to specification
- Operating woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and accurately
- Working with a variety of materials, including laminate, veneer, solid timber, and MDF
- Ensuring all work meets our quality standards and client requirements
- Collaborating with workshop staff and site installers
- Trade-qualified Cabinet Maker / Joiner (Cert III or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in detailed joinery or commercial fit-outs
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings confidently
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive work ethic
- Reliability and the ability to work both independently and in a team
