A well-established and highly respected custom joinery manufacturer located on Sydney's Lower North Shore is seeking an experienced Senior Cabinet Maker with proven high-end / luxury retail fitout experience to join their production team.
This business specialises in detailed, premium joinery and complex fitouts across luxury retail, commercial and bespoke residential sectors. Due to continued project wins, they are expanding their manufacturing team and require a tradesperson who understands the precision, finish standards and deadlines associated with luxury retail environments.
About the Role
This is a workshop-based manufacturing position working within a modern, well-equipped facility. You will be responsible for producing detailed custom joinery to exacting standards for premium retail brands and high-end interior environments.
You must be comfortable working to tight tolerances, premium finishes and architecturally detailed documentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Manufacture and assemble high-end custom joinery for luxury retail projects
- Interpret detailed shop drawings and architectural plans
- Work with premium materials including veneers, laminates, solid timber, detailed feature finishes and specialty hardware
- Operate machinery including panel saws, edge banders and CNC equipment
- Ensure exceptional finish quality and attention to detail
- Liaise with production managers and project teams to meet deadlines
- Maintain strict quality control standards throughout production
Essential Requirements
- Trade qualification in Cabinet Making (Cert III or equivalent)
- Proven experience delivering high-end / luxury retail joinery projects
- Minimum 4+ years' workshop manufacturing experience
- Strong ability to read and interpret complex shop drawings
- Experience working to tight deadlines and high-quality finish standards
- Strong understanding of premium materials and finishes
- High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
