Business Development Manager – Waste Water Treatment Plant Material Handling Equipment 
Location: Queensland (Flexible within the state)
Employment Type: Full-Time (3 Days per Week)
Salary: Circa $90,000 (Pro Rata) + Superannuation + Company Vehicle or Allowance
Are you passionate about developing strong industry relationships and driving business growth in the waste water treatment plant material handling mechanical solutions sector? We’re seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Manager to join our growing team and lead outreach efforts across Queensland.
About the Role
This is a unique opportunity for a driven individual to work autonomously and focus on expanding our client base within:
  • Major contractors
  • Municipal wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs)
  • Engineering consultants
Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, nurturing key relationships, and promoting our industry-leading mechanical material handling solutions.
What We’re Looking For
  • A mechanical qualification and/or strong industry experience, ideally with mechanical material handling equipment
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with a range of industry stakeholders
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to work independently and meet business growth targets
  • Experience in water, wastewater, or infrastructure sectors is highly desirable
