Job description

A national provider of cleaning, waste, hygiene and property maintenance are seeking an experienced business development manager to join their sales and bids team. The role will take principal responsibility for cleaning services, but you will be able to cross sell and bundle service offerings to clients.

This is a strategic new business development position where you will be responsible for securing new commercial cleaning contracts.
This is an autonomous role where you will be predominantly field based selling contracts into procurement / general manager level decision makers.
A diverse position which will see you involved in longer sales cycles that quite often are tender driven, however there are opportunities for shorter sales cycles in certain verticals.
Reporting to the GM Sales & Marketing you will hold a senior position within the highly successful sales team and must be accountable for your numbers and be confident in sales forecasting, tender writing, costings and delivering against your target.
