Job description

One of the top competitors within the Residential Building Management sector is growing their team in Sydney and looking for experienced Residential Relief Building Managers. All roles offer full time hours and an immediate start.

The company holds responsibility for a large portfolio of residential and commercial sites across Sydney and employs a growing network of experienced Building Managers.
  
Key Duties of the role Include:
  • Effective management of all contractors on site including performance and ensuring work is carried out to a high standard
  • Ensuring all building procedures are maintained
  • Liaising with Owners, Executive Committee members and Service providers
  • Providing guidance and advice on annual expenditure and budgets
  • Creating and presenting monthly reports
  • Maintaining up to date documentation and compliance
  • Attending scheduled Committee meetings and Annual General Meetings
Success in the role requires a minimum of two years residential building management experience, professional presentation and an understanding of Strata Schemes, Legislation and WHS.

The role requires you to be comfortable in dealing with client relationships including residents as well as Strata and executive committees. A sound knowledge of Building Management finance and budgeting is essential.
