BIM Manager – Full-Time Opportunity
A regarded architecture firm with a diverse portfolio, including high-rise residential, student housing, aged care, industrial, and healthcare projects, is currently seeking a skilled BIM Manager for their Sydney office. With around 60 team members in Sydney, their design studio is led by a group of directors and supported by an experienced team of architects and designers. The firm’s design process is centered on client needs, combining strategic thinking and collaboration to achieve remarkable architectural results.

The Role:
They are looking for an experienced BIM Manager to join their Sydney studio full-time. You will be part of an established Digital Design team. This role focuses on advancing the use of cutting-edge technology to enhance architectural design processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the installation and support of BIM software.
- Lead project initiation meetings.
- Oversee the development and management of Revit libraries and templates.
- Establish and maintain best practices for Revit model setups.
- Offer general Revit support to the team.
- Provide Revit training and guidance to staff.
- Monitor ongoing projects to ensure efficient workflows and adherence to standards.
- Expertise in Revit and associated BIM software.
- Proven experience as a BIM Manager in a similar-sized studio.
- Experience working on complex architectural projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to apply computational design methods to inform decision-making.
