- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end bid process from inception to submission.
- Work closely with project managers / consultants to gather relevant information and ensure proposal accuracy and compliance.
- Develop compelling bid responses, ensuring they are well-structured, persuasive, and tailored to client requirements.
- Conduct research to support bid strategy and positioning.
- Manage multiple bids concurrently, prioritizing deadlines and requirements effectively.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and marketing teams to enhance proposal visual appeal and content clarity.
- Maintain and update bid content library and templates.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in bid coordination, proposal development, or a similar role within the Development, Project Management, Architecture, or Consulting sectors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into clear, compelling proposals.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities; able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite and InDesign
