The Company

My client is an established Landscape Architectural and Urban Design practice with a national presence. They're currently on the lookout for a talented and experienced Associate Landscape Architect to step up to a Senior Associate role or for someone who is already a Senior Associate Landscape Architect. They require this professional to join their growing team, to assist in the design, management, and delivery of a variety of mid to large-scale projects. 

The dynamic within the office is best described as collaborative, you'll be working alongside the entire office on a range of projects within the infrastructure, residential, mixed-use, commercial and social infrastructure markets predominately.

The Position:

You'll be involved across all facets of a project - from leading design through to coordination and management of mid-large scale, complex projects as well as stakeholder management.

Ideally, you'll have an interest in assisting with the expansion of the business and looking for career longevity.  

The Requirements:

To be a successful applicant for this position, you will possess:
  • Oversee a diverse project portfolio, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Lead project design and development.
  • Strong technical skills in design and construction.
  • Proven ability to mentor and lead teams.
  • Effective delegation and time management.
  • Excellent communication and 8+ years of landscape architecture experience.
  • Successful project and staff management from concept to completion.
