Our client is a national property advisory and management firm known for delivering tailored solutions across capital works, commercial fit-outs, industrial and retail developments, and asset upgrades. As the business continues to grow across Queensland, they’re now seeking an Associate Director to support the State Director in scaling the division and leading complex project delivery.
In this role, you will:

• Act as the right hand to the State Director, playing a key role in business growth and client delivery.
• Lead and mentor a team of project managers (10) across multiple concurrent capital works and commercial/retail fit-out projects.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery with typical values between $250k and $5M.
• Oversee clients, stakeholders, and technical consultants across a range of asset classes.
• Bring strong knowledge of HVAC, mechanical and electrical services, capex upgrade,s and asset lifecycle planning.
• Be hungry and passionate to aid with business support and development, working closely with the Director

You will bring:

• 7+ years of project management experience, ideally with exposure to client-side consulting.
• Experienced in managing multiple projects simultaneously
• A relevant tertiary qualification (Construction Management, Engineering, or similar).
• Proven leadership capabilities and the ability to manage a fast-paced project environment.
